When investing in a Starvision caravan, securing a strong warranty is essential. We offer robust warranty options to protect your purchase:
Warranty Periods
• 5-year structural warranty – Covers the drawbar and chassis.
• 1-year manufacturer’s warranty – Covers manufacturing defects.
• 1-year appliance warranty – Covers factory-installed appliances.
Terms and Conditions
• Warranty starts on the date of caravan delivery.
• Warranty is non-transferable.
• Warranties do not apply to caravans purchased for rental or other commercial use.
• Tents are covered for 12 months from the delivery date.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, or modifications.
• Transport, accommodation, towing, or recovery costs related to a warranty claim are the owner’s responsibility.
• All warranty work must be performed by Starvision or an authorised dealer with prior written approval.
• Starvision or an authorised dealer may review claims outside the warranty period. If the component failure is due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a written response with the outcome.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Your Responsibilities
• Operate, maintain, and care for your Starvision caravan as outlined in the user’s manual.
• Ensure periodic servicing and maintenance checks are completed on time to prevent issues arising from neglect, which are not covered under warranty.
