  • 5-year structural warranty that covers drawbar and chassis.
  • 1-year manufacturer warranty.
  • 1-year appliances warranty.       

Limitation of warranty 

  • The warranty period will run from the date of delivery of the caravan. 
  • The warranty is not transferable under any circumstances. 
  • Recreational use only. Permanent residential purpose or commercial use, such as mobile office, long-term living quarters, rental purposes. 
  • The warranty period for the tent is 1-year from the date of delivery of the caravan. 
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, modification or improper adjustment, repair. 
  • Any transportation, accommodation, towing or recovery costs incurred as a result of the warranty claim will be borne by the purchaser.
  • All warranty work must be carried out by Star Vision Campers & Caravans or authorized dealers with written permission. 
  • The Warranty applies only to new products and do not extend to any products sold via auction or deemed to be “factory seconds”, “ex-demonstration”, or “damaged” unless specifically stated otherwise by Star Vision Campers in writing.

What is not covered 

  • Ordinary wear and tire, including but not limited to stone or other chips in paints. 
  • Rust.
  • Wheels and Tyres.
  • Paint.
  • Travel Covers and Straps.
  • General consumables (e.g., bearings, light bulbs etc.) 
  • Zips and mesh or screens are not covered.
  • Installation or use of non-genuine parts, accessories, equipment or components. 

Owner’s Responsibility

 As an owner of a Star Vision camper property, you are responsible for regular and proper maintenance. This will help prevent any conditions arising from neglect that are not covered by your Star Vision New Vehicle Warranty. It is important that you read and understand all instructions and precautions before operating the recreational vehicle, even if you are an experienced. 

  • Initial service at 1000 Kilometres.
  • After first service 10,000 Kilometres or 12 month which ever come will be your next initial service period. 
  • Maintenance history required for warranty claims; claims may be refused without it.

 warranty coverage and expenses policy

 Expenses associated with claims under our warranty are generally covered by Star Vision. If your product experiences a failure covered by our warranty, and it becomes unsafe to use, we will investigate the issue. If we determine the failure is not covered, you may incur a charge, which will be communicated to you beforehand.
